Culture

Bryan:In Stranger Than Fiction Chuck shows many different people create their own different cultures. Its funny because the people he interviews thinks that they're just telling a story on their hobbies. They don't realize that their hobbies have touched other people other than them self. What they do is create or do things and dedicate their life to it. For instance instead of stereotyping a Polish or Mexicans culture by how you perceive them. You would be able to see right off the back what kind of person does what in his book. In men in the Navy have a strong culture because they go months with out seeing their wives and live under water for so long. When they do get home they aren't so sure what to be doing because where they were there wasn't much to do. They can recognize one another not by their names but by their actions and respect they have towards one another. Not by race or color but by what they do.
In my life my culture thinks its okay to do immature things. My morals are strong and i plan to grow up the older i get not hang out at a corner acting like a little kid. My culture has to do with the streets not my home. When it comes to the streets and my friends we run into alot of girls that will do anything to sleep with one of our guys to get money. One of my morals is that i would never degrate my self to that level and use my body like that. But hey that's the culture effects of the streets.

Robert: In my book Chuck is so caught up in listening to other peoples stories and bringing them to life. But the problem is that when his friend calls him up and tells him about a screaming ghost in his basement he just think his friend is crazy. What i don't understand is why wouldn't he be excited to see if it was real or not. He sat there and labeled him as his crazy friend. Chuck has been all around the world and seen so many different things. I just don't understand to think why couldn't he think that it was possible a ghost was in the basement of his friends home?
i just see him thinking negative with out taking a second to think it could be possible. But as always he goes out to find his answer and calm his friend of his ghost.
