Well in my book im reading which is Our America the charaters did go through something weird, such as; at a early age they witness people in there neighborhood having oral sex. It really messed with their minds. This kind of act a young child shouldn't have to see.

Something I went through that was weird was when i was in high school and me and my friends would be at the lunch table and it would so happen. The subject about sex would come up. Now take it that i had never had sex before, so they would just talk about their sex life and I would just sit at the table and look confuse because i wasn't on having sex and i didn't know anyhting about it. So that was one of my weird moments.

My characters dealt with violence by knowing what to say and how to act around certain people. There are a big difference between explicit and implicit. Explicit is the obvious violence that you already know that takes place. Implicit is implied violence which you give you opinion on how you think violence take palce.

The type of violence i see everyday is basically drug abuse, rape, gun violence, robbery, physical abuse and mental abuse. This leads me to know the difference between entertainment violence and real life violence. The diference is entertainment is just what is fake and pretend that shpuld never come to real life because doing thing you see in entertainment you can't get away with in real life. Dealing with entertainment violence is all made up and should not be taken serious.
