Lealan and Loyd give you their prospective of what alot of people don't see in the ghetto (projects). They were two young boys who actually had good heads on their shoulders who felt like they were trapped in the lives they had to live. They talked about how a suburban kid probably feels and lives how they had it easy and did not have to worry about helicopters hovering their heads abandoned buildings shootouts and drivebys left and right. they also showed how they feel about the racist white man and how they don't care about black people and how they hang beat and lynch them because they feel that they are a nigger, a colored folk. I feel that kids only go by what they know and what they are taught at home and in their neighborhood. like if a mother says that she doesn't like a certain person around their children the child would feel the same way about the person even if they don't know them i know that from experience. even though lealan and loyd probably feel like no one can relate no one cares about the black community there are two young boys or maybe even girls that are feeling the same way.
